Making workplace culture a priority

There's never been a more important time to recognise the hard work, commitment and dedication of those working within residential aged care.

In the autumn edition of Leading Age Services Australia (LASA)'s Fusion magazine, not only was Peninsula Villages delighted to make the cover, but we also tell our story of how we make workplace culture a priority. At a time when the Aged Care Royal Commission, legislative reform, poor public opinion and now a worldwide health pandemic is establishing challenges in the industry, it's fair to say, we think at Peninsula Villages we are breaking the mould when it comes to our workplace culture.

Peninsula Villages proudly boasts a staff turnover rate of just 11.5% with the industry average at 25%, while over 90 staff members have continuous service of more than 10 years.
