Don Leggett House

Don Leggett House is a purpose-built facility which caters to varying levels of care, including dementia specific and palliative care. Don Leggett House is an ageing-in-place residence, meaning residents can stay put, even as their care requirements increase.

Each modern studio room is comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom and a generous amount of storage. These units are provided with an 83 cm flatscreen TV, a bar fridge and ducted air conditioning with individual room controls.

When a higher level of care is required, residents will either stay in their initial unit or move to a unit of the same size and quality in an area where there is a greater staff-to-resident ratio. Click here to read our Key Features Statement.

Don Leggett House offers many lounge areas and balconies for residents to enjoy; not to mention a jam-packed activities program. Our entertainment program is second to none and we are justly proud of what we offer for our residents.

Located within the Peninsula Village facility, Don Leggett House is close to the beautifully maintained grounds with our Tea House set over the fishpond to enjoy with friends and relatives – you may even spot our resident turtle! There is also a barbecue area for family and friends to visit and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, sit and listen to the birds and the gentle rustling of the trees.
